I have been meaning to write this review for some time. I wanted to give myself enough time to reflect on my experience and make sure what I wrote was fair and sincere. DeHart gave me the opportunity to continue learning and explore another technical field that interested me. I have always believed there is value in developing new skills and learning from people with real experience. What stood out most to me was the people. Tim brought real hands on experience into the classroom. He explained how things should be done, why they should be done that way, and how to work safely. He was always willing to answer questions and demonstrate what he was teaching. I also have to mention his electric bike because it was one of the coolest customized setups I had seen. John was always willing to answer questions and explain things further when needed. I enjoyed hearing about his background as a PCB layout designer, and anyone who had John probably remembers being reminded that what most people call a vent is actually a “register.” Travis was knowledgeable, approachable, helpful, and willing to answer questions. I appreciated his willingness to help students understand. Dana brought a lot of personality to the classroom. He was knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to, and good at making new students feel comfortable. When new students arrived, he involved the whole class in introductions instead of putting only the new person on the spot. He was also always good for a conversation. Nick joined later during my time there but brought plenty of knowledge and experience. He was helpful, approachable, and always willing to answer questions. His love for Batman and his three wheel motorcycle also made him memorable. All of the instructors encouraged questions, emphasized safety, and were willing to share what they knew. Damon was someone I always enjoyed talking to. Beyond our Raiders conversations, what stood out was how much effort he put into helping students with interviews, career preparation, skill development, and professional growth. He also continued attending the monthly Zoom meetings to provide updates, answer questions, and offer guidance. Nicole was there during the beginning of my experience and was always quick to help whenever I needed something. I also enjoyed hearing about her son and his career as a professional monster truck driver. Helena, Angelica, and Danielle handled a lot of what students may never see behind the scenes. Helena was who I dealt with most often for payments and financial questions. She was always patient and helpful, and I enjoyed the interesting things she kept around her desk. Angelica was kind, easy to talk to, and someone I genuinely enjoyed getting to know. Danielle always seemed to make sure things got handled. Whether it was a concern, complaint, or student issue, she made sure it was addressed and did it with a smile. I also want to acknowledge DeHart’s leadership. Every interaction I had with the people responsible for the school was positive, and I was always treated with respect. Something I especially appreciated was how much effort everyone made to help students actually finish what they started. Whether it meant making up hours, staying on track, completing requirements, preparing for NATE or EPA certification, or simply figuring out what still needed to be done, there always seemed to be someone willing to help. That effort matters because DeHart does more than teach a trade. For many people, a program like this can help build skills, confidence, stability, or simply create another opportunity to move forward. The instructors, staff, and leadership all contributed in different ways, and I am grateful for the time, patience, guidance, and effort they gave to their students. Hi, my name is Jarod Ali. I came out of the military looking for a new career in Hvac for stability. Found Dehart technical school online. And shortly after I attended their one year long program. Because of Dehart technical school and the teachers and the administration there I have rapidly excelled in my career in Hvac. It is allowed me to get both my 608 and Nate certifications allowing me to gain all the technical knowledge needed to perform my duties as a technician. With this, I’m already starting my own small HVAC business. Would highly recommend.Posted on Google![]()

Great place to start if you are interested in learning about how air conditioning, heating, ventilation, plumbing, refrigeration, industrial motors, and how electricity works! Instructors are very knowledgeable and show that they care. Very friendly people there, all the way up to the owner, Steven Litt. If you are unsure, just walk in there and they won't hesitate to give you a tour of the campus where students there have hands-on instruction. I was unsure, at first, of what school I wanted to attend, but after researching, DeHart has been a very reputable company for many years. Check them out guys/gals!!!Posted on Google![]()
