* Estimated total program cost amount above is the same as the cost for the current period of attendance for all programs except HVAC/R Facilities Maintenance Course 3 Hybrid & Residential Programs.
Payment Schedule Policy
- Short-Term Programs
For programs designed to be completed in two months or less, a payment of all tuition and fees are to be paid to DeHart Technical School on the first day of instruction.
- All Other Programs
Students are required to make payment no later than the last day of their cancellation period. Students have the following choices:
1) enroll in the monthly payment plan
2) pay 100% of outstanding balance in full, or
3) pay 50% of outstanding balance upfront and must pay their remaining balance upon reaching their scheduled midpoint.
Program total length is determined by the total hours and/or module completion necessary to complete the student’s program. The student’s outstanding balance and payment schedule are determined by calculating the total program costs, less any applicable financial aid or agency sponsorship.
